Information Removal Guideline - Opt Out
We gather information from publicly available sources. If you see your information on our site, it essentially means that your phone number/name/address information is already publicly available. If you have provided your name or phone number to any of the numerous apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat or any other social media sites, chances are that your information is out there. Having said that, we let you remove your data using the following link: Information Opt Out.
Copyright,Trademark, IP, Styling, Content Infringement Policy & Notice
We leverage a variety of internal and external partners for application development, styling, content and directory information services. While we try to minimize any type of infringement, we understand that our ability to completely eliminate infringement is limited due to the large number of third party vendors we partner with to deliver our services. Our goal is to keep this site free of copyright, trademarks, IP, digital, content and styling infringement. If you have any concern related to infringement, please get in touch with us at hello@spytox.com. We promise to resolve all infringement related concerns with utmost urgency.
COPPA-Compliant Site
We strictly prohibit all users of our site to lookup information on children under 13. While looking up information on children under 13 is against our policy and strictly constitutes an abuse of our service, we do strongly suggest that you reach out to us directly (Email: hello@spytox.com) as soon as possible if you believe your child's information is being displayed or reported by Spytox.
